Paliokastro
The little natural harbour southeast of Neapoli is close to the church of Aghia Paraskevi at the edge of a small peninsula, visible both from Neapoli and Lahi.
Its history goes back through the Byzantine age to antiquity, for it is here that Aeneas is believed to have built the city of Itis in 1100 BC.
Right next to Paliokastro is Ammitsa, a popular beach with dark sand and shallow water and the small beach of Las.
